Level 9 is tough. But it is even tougher when you havent gotten off your ass in a month and gained 30 pounds. Before I quit; I was doing level 10 for an hour. I did level 20 once (the machine max) but that was nowhere near an hour. That was pain. I do these backwards because it (in my opinion) helps me burn more calories and it did tighten me up quite a bit downstairs in my quads and thighs. This is an elliptical (so I am told) but it isnt a crosstrainer because there are no arm exercises on it.
