Current Weight: 174.5 lbs.
Goal: 140
I currently have an exercise regime which includes fast pace walking 2 miles a day, 100 crunches, 50 side lifts (each side) and using free weights and Total Gym for my upper body. I see definition in my body versus losing the pounds, but would like the scale to be my friend.
