Talking Yummy Whole Grain Linguine!

Tonight I threw together a whole wheat linguine dish that my family loved! So I'll share it. It was tasty, filling, and healthy. Wow!

Cook linguine according to package directions.

Spray a large skillet with oil. Saute some chopped onion and diced low fat turkey sausage together.

When onion is soft, add 1/2 can of low fat chicken broth, 1 can of diced tomatoes (DRAINED), and some Italian seasonings (I used basil, oregano and garlic powder).

Then add a small bag of baby spinach and cover. Let simmer until the spinach is cooked. Stir the spinach into the rest of the sauce.

Drain the linguine and toss it with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
