Post Christmas Exercise Log
This has helped me before, and I've really gotten out of the exercise habit. I do not want to wait until the new year to start up again, so I'm starting this right now!
Dec. 25: 20 minutes conditioning, 20 minutes cardio
Dec. 26: 75 minute walk/hike
Dec. 27: 40 minutes cardio dance from 'the Firm'. Fun!
Dec. 28: 50 minute bike ride
Dec. 29: 50 minute bike ride, 15 minutes weights
Dec. 30: 20 minutes conditioning w/ weights
Dec. 31: Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning-- Yes, it DOES count!
Jan. 1: 60 minute walk / hike, 15 minutes conditioning w/ weights
Jan. 2: Day off -- but active at work
Jan. 3: 60 minute walk, 20 minutes conditioning w/ weights
Jan. 4: Day off, but active at work
Jan. 5: 40 minutes aerobics w/ weights
