This is the guy from Extreme Makeover, this plan is great, I lost 20 lbs so far. I haven't been sticking to it lately, becuase in the losing phase it can be a little more restrictive, but I've still stuck to the basics of it and have maintained everything I lost. Which is good, so I know that as I continue to lose I will be able to maintain and either way I've been a lot healthier
Have to work on the exercise, that's been my downfall, I'm the woman with a million excuses and even sit and ask myself why I keep making excuses
