I'm not sure they did anything different than we would do. I think alot of it is just genetics. Like some women get stretch marks when they are pregnant and others don't. I did get them and I only gained 28 pounds with both of my pregnancies (the last one was with twins!) but my friend didn't get any stretch marks at all and she gained almost 60 with her daughter! My sister in law had gastric bypass surgery almost 9 years ago and she had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and the surgery to remove the excess skin after her weight loss and she said by far the excess skin removal surgery was THE most painful.
