I've talked with several doctors about the blood type diet. I've also researched extensively and have found no scientific evidence to support the blood type diet. I've seen the book and the author has absolutely zero scientific evidence supporting his claims.
Just eat healthy. That's all. Just eat healthy and exercise. Drink in moderation, stay away from fast-foods and junk snacks, and don't smoke.
That's all it takes. No fancy diets, no little pills.
