hey everyone. I dont know how many of you out their have seen the DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) stations or Matts, but those are amazing!
You can get them for your Playstation 2 console, Xbox, etc. It is crazy Cardio, but it is really fun.
For those who dont know what it is exactly its a Dancing game. You play through different genres of music and dance to it. each song has its own degrees of intensity (*light, hard, heavy*)
What you do, is you step on the matt which is a giant controller. You move your feet to how fast the arrows move and their direction.
ex. ---> is your Right foot , <-----left foot
Whats cool about the game is that it has a workout mode, and a calorie counter. It shows how many calories you burned and logs it. it even graphs your wieght for you too.
i love it, its fun! but kind of repeditive.
