You have done a fantastic job Trying4thin, don't lose sight of all the progress that you have made! When we backslide we can get discouraged so easily. As far as food I really try to stick to fresh. There are so many things that can be cooked up and then stored in Tupperware for the next day or to be frozen. I take Weight Control Oatmeal to work for breakfast and then for lunch I do spinach, tomatoes and some kind of protein like tuna. Or yesterday I did cottage cheese with tomatoes. It is just important to give yourself lots of variety so that you don't get burned out.
As far as exercise just make some shorterm goals for yourself and stick to them. If you write it in a journal it is a lot harder to dismiss it or forget it.
Hope that helps!
