I've been tracking what I eat on Fitday.com. One of the reports you can generate there tells you what you're lacking nutritionally.
So based on that, I've started taking a calcium supplement with magnesium (apparently your body can't use the calcium unless it also has magnesium).
Also I'm taking a fish oil supplement and some phyto-nutrients from Nature's Way. I've noticed since I started on these things that my energy level is better than it's been in a long while.
