Don't know where to start
Unfortunately, I've never paid much attention to nutrition, calories or fat before. I want to make myself out a menu and grocery list (now is a good time since we need to go grocery shopping), but I don't have a guide line on where to start. Help, I'm lost.
I'm going for an over all healthier lifestyle. I have bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress syndrome, and I believe that besides weight loss, a better diet and exercise, will help me to manage my mental illnesses as well.
