It sounds like you've been doing great! I bet you just got a little burned out but like you said tomorrow is another day and you can get back on track!
I admit I do eat the Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine and Smart One's usually for lunch. They're just so cheap and easy to grab in the mornings on the way to work and heat up for lunch. What I really need to do is start cooking enough at dinner to put some away in my tupperware and bring that for my lunch. It would be so much healthier!!
I also had a caffeine addiction, mine was regular Dr. Pepper. I did switch to Diet Dr. Pepper and I only drink about one a week so that's not too bad. Drinking water has been my obstacle but I'm getting better.
