What to drink?
K..I've been drinking more water lately than ever before which is great, I already feel better and more energized with less crap in my system. But water gets soooo boring! What do/can you folks recommend for alternative hydration? I'm lactose intolerant (newly discovered) so I can't even have skim milk and soy milk does sit well lol. I'm thinking some sort of fruit juice. The last couple weeks I've been getting unsweeted store bought stuff and cutting it 50/50 with water. Any other alternatives? I really love Iced Tea, but sugar is so high in it. Crystal Light?
