Hello prosper, I don't think low/no carb diets are the way to go either. Instead try good carb options, such as fruits, veggies, and whole grain carbs. Also try lean proteins, and try and keep the saturated (bad)fats down to less than 4 grams per serving. Also avoid anything with trans fats, and high frutose corn syrup, those are bad. I have been trying this natural diet thing, if it isn't found in nature I don't eat it. Cheese's are sort of a gray area, I love low fat cottage cheese because it is a great source of a complete protein.
