*Help!!! from my biggest loser family*
Hi family, I am a 35-year-old female trying to change my life forever by seeking health inside and out. This past year I have been sick off and on due to food allergies. Anyway, I have taken alot of foods off my list and I am feeling much better inside but it seems that I am losing very slow. I starting on October 1st eating less carbs and protein, not trying to starve myself. I also have been taking my vitamins and supplements. The last two weeks of October I implemented exercise(3-5 days). I have been taking it slow due to an ankle & foot injury over the summer. I am feeling so much better and I am now ready to go full speed ahead.
One problem I have is that I am not sure exactly how to melt the pounds off, with the restrictions(less carbs, additives, etc). I not sure if I should do juicing and liquids or low/no carbs or no meats or calorie counting or eating small frequent meals.
I would like to know how the contestants from the Biggest Loser shed so many pounds in 1 week? Is this the magic of television editing or are they eating specific meals and working out for several hours a day?
Please somebody help me, so that I can take back my life and achieve total complete health. Thank you all, and I pray that all of you reach your weight loss goals, and achieve total health.
