I guess the whole contradiction thing bothers me, the message of the trainers to eat well for the rest of your life and for a good diet to be a lifestyle etc.
Then telling us to eat ultra-refined nutritionally devoid boxes of chemicals kind of grates on my nerves. All those sugar substitutes and hydrogenated oil are poison and just because they're low-cal posion shouldn't make them an option.
But like the OP said, broccoli must not pay the bills *lol*

I get a bit on my soapbox about this stuff I guess because one of my co-workers collapsed at his desk at the beginning of the year. After countless MRI's and much nail-biting by his family - it turned out that he had aspartame poisoning. He drank gallons of Turkey Hill Diet Iced Tea and of all things, that was the culprit. Everyone thought he had a brain tumor - the guy even had temporary vision loss. Its so bad for you all that stuff.
