Talking Getting Fired Up (Again)

Hi everyone,

Once again, thank you for all of your heartfelt responses to my Intro posting. At my biggest weight I topped the scales at 214, and I am only 4'11. Unfortuantly, I also have a very broad build and sometimes feel like a linebacker. A couple of weeks ago, I got to 159. But I think the scale was playing tricks on me, because now I am in the mid to high 160's again (too scared to look). I have also been slacking and not going to the gym to run, and my eating has not been great. But tomorrow is another day, and I will get back on the treadmill, even if I have to drag myself kicking and screaming. I guess the hardest part is getting to the gym. After that, it's actually a good time. Any suggestions for getting back into the swing of things? And does anyone else have an attatchment to processed foods like Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones? I cant seem to shake them!! That and my addiction to Diet Pepsi....Caffeine seems to be my Achille's Heal. Would love to hear from all of you. Best of luck!
