I just hate hate hate it when these contestants gain weight on purpose, for the sake of 'the game'. I know, I know -- it is a game, and they are just trying to do what they need to do to win it.
But this journey we are all on... this battle we continue to fight day in and day out is no game.
Why do people go on this show? To win the money, or to get control and take their lives back?
I think there are a lot of people who would take this opportunity, even if there were no monitary prize at the end.
So, when they manipulate to play the 'game', the lose all credibility with me.
I gain and lose weight too --- up and down like a freakin' merry-go-round. But it's never on purpose, and it breaks my heart every time I let myself gain back any weight.
I guess this is the part of the show I don't like -- but it is a game, and they are there to play. I don't have to like it. I wish there was no voting, but that the lowest pecentage of weight loss went home. There still might be times when someone would have immunity, they might try to pull something, but most of the time, everyone would have to give their best effort.
I just needed to get that off my chest.
