love these lists - I actually have a list I wrote of 150 reasons I want to lose 150 pounds.
10. to be an encouragment/example to others
9. to go to water parks and not feel like a beached whale
8. to not have to wear bicycle shorts under my pants sometime cause my thighs have rub burns (TMI)
7. to not dust off people's cars as I walk between them in the parking lot
6. to sit on my husband's lap without fearing crushing him
5. to take a bath and not worry about getting stuck (not a good visual :eek )
4. to be able to eat to live and not live to eat.
3. to look at myself in the mirror in the morning and like what I see.
2. to not have to wear the seat belt extension in our malibu
1. not have relations with my husband feel like a running a 10 mile marithon
