I have changed my workouts as the months have passed. Starting out I walked 1 mile every single day...then moved it up to 2 miles every single day. I am now walking 3-6 miles 5-6 days a week. I have also brought in extra workouts - TBL workout ... 3-6 days a week. My workouts always change. I definitely try to walk 6 days a week.
