I am conflicted about this. On my free choice side I think that a business should be allowed to cook food with what they want. However I have tried to eliminate trans fats from my diet. (I am trying to eat more natural foods and hydronated oil ain't natural) And I read "the average American eats 4.7 pounds a year". It makes me think that business may need a push. But they were pushed into using this stuff, so what do we push them to? Back to beef tallow? Lard? Coconut oil? Butter?
