I know many of us struggle, getting that water in every day. I was chatting with some other people, while working a consession stand at the school. We got to talking about kidney stones and such, and the importance of drinking water to avoid this problem. My husband's Dr. said, when he had his bout with kidney stones, that whatever you drink, you should chase it with a glass of water. One of the other ladies said her Dr. gave her this analogy -- you don't wash your dishes with coffee, or soda-- you use water. And that's what you need to clean your insides too. Flush them out with good old water.
Anyway -- I liked it, and it helped me look at it a different way. Hope it helps you guys too!
