My first workout with the Biggest Losers...

As many of you know I got my Biggest Loser workout DVD in the mail yesterday morning. After I got off work and went to the gym lastnight I came home and watched part of the workouts and Suzy and Matt's stories. I hate to admit it but Bob kind of got on my nerves. It gives you the option to listen to the trainer & music or just the music while you work out. After I learn the steps I'll probably just listen to the music or listen to my own music.

So, last night I set my alarm for 5:30 am. I got out of bed this morning and put in the DVD and did the warm up, low impact workout and cool down. I'll tell you I was getting wore out just doing the warm up!! I'm proud of myself though, I made it all the way through the entire program!! My legs are still feeling the burn now.

So far I like it pretty well. I really enjoy watching Suzy, she is such an inspiration to me and she really does the workouts well. Poor Matt he can't keep up and gets out of step alot. LOL

I would probably give this workout DVD a 6 or 7 out of 10.
