Yeah, it was Phil who had some great recipie idea in someone's journal... I've been eating more Tuna lately because of it. I'm not a huge fan of plain tuna, but fixed up it is okay.
1) Mix Tuna with herbs of your choice (I use Oregano, black pepper, Cayanne pepper, and sometimes Tabasco sauce)
2) Mix with Veg of your choice (I've found corn mixes great -it totally absorbs the flavor around it and has a good texture, no chopping since it's in cans, and pretty low-cal)
3) Wrap in lettuce leaf and enjoy!

Other suggestions:
1) Buy the packages of flavored Tuna. I've tried Lemon-pepper and hickory smoked -both yum! I'm trying another flavor today too. Or just add lemon and pepper to your own Tuna
2) Phil suggested mixing Tuna with Vinegar, corn, herbs, and I think other veggies? Ah, found it:
"I mix tuna with a few veggies (carrot, kidney beans, sweetcorn, pepper) add spices (thai style usually) and a bit of vinegar, mix it all up and you have a big healthy bowl of something that actually tastes ok. I also marinade chicken in low fat yoghurt mixed with indian or thai spices and put chunks of it onto skewers to grill. Great on a bbq too." -Misfit
3) Today's lunch is Sweet N Spicy pkg of Tuna with Cilantro and black pepper on lettuce and on cucumber

Yes, I went back and found the posts. I'm really enjoying Tuna. It's easy to pack for a lunch and good without bread too.
