I have shifted over to using Miracle Whip "Free!," which is the fat-free version. It actually tastes ok, but I have to be careful to use less than the regular Miracle Whip or mayo, because it's not as thick, especially once it gets mixed with other stuff. If you use too much, your tuna can be very goopy.

So here's one of my favorite lunches: A can of water packed tuna, drained; chopped apple; chopped celery; mix them all together with a tablespoon or two of "Free!" For variety, you can add nuts or dried fruit, or experiment with spices--curry is nice. It's actually quite yummy, and it looks nice on a bed of lettuce.

I also like making a salad of leftover brown rice, tuna, and whatever sorts of veggies I have around that I can chop up--carrots, peppers, broccoli, etc. Again, a bit of "Free!" and/or some fat-free Italian dressing, and you have it made.

Incidentally, one of my favorite spices to use with tuna is called "Spike." It's several dozen different herbs, spices, and dried veggies all mixed together. It's also good on popcorn!

One final thing about tuna...you can make a really big, satisfying tuna sandwich if you put in a bunch of alfalfa sprouts and some slices of tomato. Those vegetables are practically like free food because they have so few calories, and they are so good for you. I like to do this because it makes the sandwich about twice as thick, really a big handful. I also like making tuna sandwiches in whole-wheat pita bread, do you?
