Hi my name is Tina and I have never seen anything about you all coming to Missouri, or any where close. The only thing I see is for CA. I am 250 pounds and used to be 103 before I started having kids sence I gained the weight I just feel miserable I need energy, I am so ready to lose this weight but I really don't know where to start. I eat lots of chicken, veg. and fruit 5 to 6 times a day like they say and I walk on the treadmill when no one is watching but I need someone to push me, to make me do it. So please listen to me and come to Missouri so I can be on your show and look good again.
I am just willing to do anything to get rid of this fat. I promise I will work hard, listen and eat what I have to I just want to be happy to look in the mirror again and see the old me the one who was skinny.
