
Well I did it; I finally worked out with Bob Harper! I decided to do the High Intensity Workout with Dre and Gary. I had fun. Two favorite parts? 1) The Boxing moves were fun! 2) My balance has gotten much better. When I went home a few months ago I kept wobbling when trying to stand on one foot. But today I did it with one foot up to my kneecap and my arms above my head!! Looks like my ankles have gotten stronger too. I am psyched!
Broke a little bit of a sweat. Total calories burned: 102, 60% fat burn, 61.2 fat calories burned. Not too shabby for 34 mins of work.
