Oct 1: DAY OFF...weekend
Oct 2: 1/2 hour fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical, BL Boot Camp workout
Oct 3: ab & lower back workout, chest press, pec deck, upper back pulldown, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 4: fat burn room, 3 sets leg press, 5 min run on treadmill, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 5: ab & lower back workout, 3 sets shoulder press, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 6: fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min walk
Oct 7: DAY OFF..weekend
Oct 8: DAY OFF..weekend
Oct 9: fat burn room, 3 sets leg press, 2 sets chest press, 3 sets shoulder press, 2 sets triceps, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 10: 3 sets leg press, 3 sets leg extensions, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets calf raises, 3 sets inner thighs, 3 sets outer thighs, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 11: fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 12: 3 sets lat pulldown, 3 sets row machine, 3 sets other back machine, 6 sets chest press, 6 sets triceps, 3 sets biceps, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 13: fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 14: DAY OFF...weekend
Oct 15: DAY OFF...weekend, cleaning the apartment though
Oct 16: fat burn room, 3 sets leg press, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 17: 3 sets leg press, 3 sets leg extensions, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets calf raises, 3 sets inner & outer thighs, 1 hour elliptical
DARN!!! I forgot to keep up with this and forgot what all I did...most of it is posted in my journal....but I'll estimate.
Oct 18: fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 19: chest & upper back workout, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 20: fat burn room, abs workout, 1 hour elliptical
Oct 21: DAY OFF...weekend
Oct 22: DAY OFF...weekend
Oct 23: TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF
