Since the exercise log helps to keep me motivated, I might as well give this a shot too! So glad it got bumped up -- I hadn't seen it before. I'm going to start and official weigh in on Wednesday. I'm not going to try and set a specific goal, like some of you have. I'm just going to be accountable, and record my weight. The only goal I have is to see it go down. I don't care how fast, or how much -- just DOWN!
