I am sooo glad that I got my laundry done early because I am going to sleep like a rock tonight. My left calf held up; but at one point I thought my knees were going to quit. But eventually I pushed through the aches and had an awesome workout. Except for the part where I was messing around with my IPod and I accidently deleted almost my entire elliptical workout. So I had to do some counting. I know I did well over 8 miles. I think I did 8.96 (Treadmill and Elliptical). But I can barely walk and chew gum at the same time; let alone run and count. Next time I am logging my miles. At one point I was sprinting at 7.0 mph and I was wondering why I was so tired. I forgot to turn off the incline...Oops. I did make 7.1 mph. And I had a good 5 mph run too. I am pretty impressed since my legs kinda felt jello-like after the elliptical. I am going to run my stomach off if it kills me. Total workout time was 2 hrs 20 mins, 942 cals burned, 50% fat burn (471 fat calories). I am very proud of myself. Getting moving tomorrow is going to be a huge challenge. I am on the early run tomorrow. Blech...I am going to call for a tow truck to haul my butt out of bed.

Just had a really good snack (1 low fat honey graham cracker, no sugar added applesauce with cinnamon, and a small bottle of V8) and now I have to chug 2 more glasses of water. Had to drink gym water tonight since I ran out of bottled. That stuff leaves a horrid aftertaste. Went to Giant Eagle after I worked out and got more.

Now I am kinda wishing tomorrow were Weds. Wondering what the scale will have to say then? I think I am only going to do an hour at the gym tomorrow on the treadmill and give my calves a break from the elliptical backwards torture routine. I will do the second hour on my bike (with the right bike pants). As long as I get my two hours in I dont care what I do. My overall fat burn will be much higher.

Night all.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.........
