Very exhausted right now. The tryphtophan is knocking me out...I think it is in chicken too. If it isnt; I am tired from being up early and then running around for several hours spot cleaning, driving my route, going straight to my weigh in; and then eating brunch. I am down 0.8 pounds. Not bad for a day's work. That is since Saturday's weigh in. I am now 151.2. Not great; but a hell of a lot better than where I was. If I can get to the 140's this week; I should have no problem making 145 before I leave. But my body is weird and this is anyone's guess. My left calf was making me nervous today at work. I was afraid to move it because it almost felt like it was going to seize up. Luckily it didnt. I am going to attempt a tough workout tonight and if it starts to hurt; I will stop. But I told the LA staff I was going to be on my best behavior for the next few weeks. When I mentioned what I was doing on the Elliptical, the manager looked at me like I was insane. Yeah it is high resistance cardio so I am probably back to muscle building again. I am shooting for 149.9 by Weds (1.3 lbs away). I think that is reasonable. Only 6 away from where I was. If it takes 2 hour sessions 6 days a week; I will do it. I really really want to be at the very least 70 pounds down when I get on the plane next month. But right now the 140's look good to me. I just want to lose my "Stay-Puft-Marshmallow Girl" look that I have gotten since adding the few pounds.
Ok naptime or I will be face down on my keyboard in a nanosecond.
Still no reply from Eric.
