Face it, the only thing we have control of is what we choose to do this very moment. We have no control over the past, it is gone. There is not a whole lot we can devine about what we will do in the future, because it isn't here yet. The only thing we can do is live for this moment. What good choices are we going to make right now? I know for me it is a constant mode of thinking "what can I do right now to improve my diet and exercise?" Keeping a journal really helps, staying focused on what I am trying to accomplish helps a lot too. I am constantly pep talking myself through the choices I make during the day in order to have the will power to make the right ones. All you can control is this moment-What are you going to do this moment to improve your diet and exercise? Me? I am drinking another bottle of water-LOL

I do the same thing when I run out of water. I have to have water at my side all the time now. I do the same thing - as I walk I give myelf pep talks to get through it. I always ask myself if eating this will help me - it has worked wonders over the past week.
