Well I just got back from the gym. Today was another sweatfest. I did my usual hour on the elliptical stepper backwards on level 9 (my calves are going to hate me tomorrow) and went 4.61 miles. Then I did an hour on the treadmill with some incline and I was able to squeeze in a little run near the end. I went 3.23 miles on that. Total calorie burn was 803 and fat burn was 45%. Better but not great on the fat burn. Looks like I am going to have to do another hour on the bike tonight to get the fat cells moving. I am really starting to get annoyed with the staff at my gym. Why they feel the need to stare at me is beyond me. NO I am not paranoid. I got on the elliptical and 3 of them (all guys) were looking back at me. I got off the treadmill and one was on the elliptical looking directly at me and smiling. I catch them doing it when they arent in a group either. Other gym members look but that I dont care about. But the front desk staff/trainers are getting annoying. There are only so many places I can look when I am working out. Yes I am a lot stronger than I look. Just wait until I get to goal. Then they will have a good reason to stare.

Anyway, I am going to go and drown myself in the bathtub because I darn well deserve it. I will be back to answer journals a little later. Lunch is knocking me out. For those of you watching Extreme Makeover Home Ed tonight; it begins at 8pm and runs til 10pm. I am breakin' out the tissues early!
