Thanks guys;

I had a feeling I was going to be sore today; but as usual, it wasnt where I expected it to be. My quads and glutes should be screaming, but they arent. Actually it is my upper back (I blame the pair of anvils I have, that are stressing my back). Most women complain about losing their chest; I cant wait for mine to be gone. It is both embarrassing and painful (the day after) to work out with. I was going to try and run today but now I am not so sure.

For all of you Josh Groban fans out there; I made an accidental discovery last night. He has a new single out on ITunes called, "Dont Give Up (You Are Loved)." Shame on ITunes for not promoting it better. I think you can also hear a snipit of it on Josh's site (JoshGroban.com). I swear this song has my name written all over it; considering all the crap I have been going through these past few weeks. How appropriate that I found it the same night I decide to return from "giving up." New album hits stores on November 7th. I know I am going to be downloading it.

Ok time to get in the shower. (I dont wanna go to work....) But at least they cut my shift report time from 5-545am. Makes a huge difference. I am sure the end time is cut too so I should be done earlier than expected.
