 Finally got my butt back in the gym again. Did 7 miles on the elliptical stepper with incline. 752 calories burned and 40% fat. I am not too happy with the fat percentage; but it is better than sitting on the couch doing nothing. Didnt really lose any endurance (yet), but I am sure my running will have suffered during my absence. Hey, at least I did something tonight. It felt good to have sweat literally flying off me. Gross, but very effective!
