And congrats on all the success so far in your weightloss journey. I tried LA weightloss and I only managed 15 pounds. I just figured what they were doing and I can not stand thier food so I have been drinking slim fast and having a fruit in the morning, then slim fast and some veggies in the afternoon, and for dinner something light and healthy with veggies. And then a fruit for a snack before bed. Sometime I have juice!

I manage to keep under the 1730 calories I am allowed. Problem with me lately is my exercise, I have been doing it but for some reason I am gaining muscle weight and not losing fat weight

so frustrating.
