I will try to do the treadmill in the morning to cut down on my some of my evening workout, maybe that will help. Plus, I am trying to make meals that serve 4 (I just cook for my son and myself), so that we will have leftovers the next night and it will cut down on prep time.

I can understand the frustration on being so busy. I think that if you adjust your workout you will do fine. Try doing the treadmill in the morning like you said for 3 days and see how it works out. We used to eat late, too...I have changed dinner time to 5 - 5:30 at the latest. It works out best for all of us. There have been times when we had to do something right after the kids arrived from school, or husband getting home from work - when we have a late dinner it has to be small. This past week I haven't had to worry about it. I hope that you are able to find out a way to get around this.
