Here is the info on Season 4 that I have heard. Per the casting agent that I dealt with.....due to a small response in their casting calls.....NBC has decided to hold off on their casting until December, and they expect to film in January.
It seems that they had very low numbers of people show up at their live auditions. Previously they have had 1000's turn out. In Seattle....they only had a little over 250 people. I guess they had similar turn outs in all locations. This was the first time that they have not done as much publicity. In the end of July, I got an email back from the casting agent telling me of the delay. Watch the opening show....I think they will be making a one time announcement that they are still casting.....and to send in your audition tapes! So it sounds like it isn't too late!
Has anyone else gotten a call from them telling them that they were waiting until December? I got an email...as well as a call one during the 1st week of August...and am dying to know if anyone else got the same.
