Well, after a bad summer (having gained 10lbs back!
), I have jumped back on the wagon. I have set a goal of 45lbs to lose and now that the kids are back in school, maybe it will be a little easier. Anyone else out there have a bad summer? My trainer is going to kill me when he finally sees me Monday..lol.
