I haven't been to or seen any of these dinners..but there are lots of things you can pick from to make the meal.
-skinless chicken
-veggies like carrots, broccolli, green beans, green peas, cooked beets
-make a bunch of salads and have low fat dressings available
-put together some fruit trays
-you could make some small tuna sandwiches on whole grain breads
-offer water and v8, tomato juices
