goals are good
Count me in on a goal for September.
1. 8+ glasses water each day
2. go back to the gym at least 2 days per week.
3. eat healthier meals.
We don't have a cafeteria at school so I can only eat what I bring. If I get hungry there is absolutely nothing I can do about it unless I stoop to stealing my kindergarteners twinkies.
