Here's a suggestion for adding flavor. I take a lot of vitamin C through the day and get the powdered 100% ascorbic acid from Trader Joe's. I add it into my water (slowly add more-- it takes a bit to get used to very tart water!) throughout the day and now I prefer my water that way. Vitamin C leaves your body within 1 1/2 hrs so by drinking it in my water through the day it keeps my C levels up.

Plus (I personally think) it tastes good.
