Use your excerise time for you time!!!!! It will help you feel better, look better and relieve some of that stress

I agree that exercise is our time. I have found that when I walk alone I talk to myself - I hope I'm not the only one who does this.

I tell myself that I can complete my walk in a good time - I talk to God A LOT!!!

When I start to get tired I just talk myself through it - telling myself "You CAN do it!"

I feel so much better when I am finished - I feel like I had just cleansed myself.
