If you need to drink, try buying your alcohol in advance and taking it with you. You can get stuff that has very low carbs in it. Most wine only has 1-2g of carbs....and gin/rum/vodka/whisky has no carbs at all. If you are drinking beer...stick to the "light" beers because they have half the carbs as a regular one.
Try not to overindulge because alcohol tends to hold a lot of calories. I wouldn't drink more than 3-4 if need be, because that's probably close to 300-400 cals right there. If you are using liquor, be careful what you are mixing it with...because most juices and pop contains tons of sugar which are bad it you drink in excess.
When I drink alcohol, it's pretty much the only time I use something like Crystal Light...I put a packet into a pitcher of water and add my shot of vodka or whatever to it...
Good luck and have fun camping!
