My workout this morning was exhausting. I am having a super hard time losing weight now that I am not working out with my trainer on a regular basis. I seem to once again be stuck! GRRRR! Anyways, I did a leg workout today. 270 pounds on the leg press, 140 pounds on leg extensions, 70 pounds on leg curl, 100 pounds on both inner and outer thigh machines, 120 pounds on calves.....then I did my ab workout using 4 different ab weight machines. Finished off working out my lower back on 2 different machines.
I did an hour of cardio on the elliptical today as well and burned 515 calories on there...so in total I am probably pretty close to 1000 calories burned for the day again when you include my weights workout.
I am in desperate need of a shower right now though, I smell really bad hahaha.
