This weekend wasnt too bad. I worked all weekend so my exercise wasnt done the best but I am on my feet all the time and walking back and forth serving drinks. Plus there was a cancer run for bikers this weekend so when the groups came im it was hectic. Eating wasnt too bad either, under on cals all weekend. Only thing I did, sat night after work I treated myself to a couple of drinks, lol a little more then a couple. I dont drink that often, I think our wedding (May) was the last time. It also didnt take much to get me looped lol. Now I am going to sit down and try to figure out a meal plan for this week. I made a deal with hubby to alternate things to make for supper. I am going to some days make things that fit with me, but I also cant ignore that he doesnt need to loose weight and there are things that he likes to eat also, it doesnt mean I have to eat them. I dont like the idea of temptation being there, but I cant just ignore him either. We had a very long talk this weekend, and I can see where he is coming from. He needs to be more supportive and I need to realize he's part of my life too.
