Some of my personal ones are:

I can now fit back into my size 12 & 13 pants
or wear a size medium workout pants
I am soon going to need a new bra...my d's are getting too big..I'll need a c!
I can walk up the 3 flights of stairs to my apt without being out of breath
I can cross my legs again without it hurting
The seatbelt in my car feels so much looser
I can sleep on my stomach without getting lower back pain
I can do an hour of cardio and not be so tired that I can't do more
I can lift SUPER heavy weights
I can actually see my biceps
I am starting to see definition in my abs
My back muscles are also starting to show
I can get my old wool winter coat on that I was too big for last year
I went from working out 3 days a week..to working out 5
I know a lot of the secrets to weight loss
I know how to eat "the right way"
