I agree. When you starve yourself, all you are doing is screwing up your metabolism, making it slower...which makes it even harder to lose weight. The minute you eat something bad, you gain weight from it. Also your body starts to feed off your muscles, so the weight that you do lose, is muscle loss. Not to mention all the other health problems that come from not eating.
