I always hear so many people talk about not eating to lose weight. It doesnt work that way. People will skip meals and eat very little through out the day and they still don't lose the weight like they think they should. I'm sure starving would eventually make you lose weight but by that point you have the risk of anorexia.
I always tell the ladies at my TOPS meeting that you have to eat to lose weight and they look at me like I'm crazy but it's true. You just have to choose and eat the right things, just like you described in your artile Missy.
