72butterfly is on a distinguished road
Hi Joysieangel,
This is the place. Everyone here is very supportive. I tend to post when I am struggling such as not wanting to exercise, I want to eat, etc. I have a lot of support in my life, but sometimes that is not enough. My bf works a ton. He works construction for a few different contractors so he may do a day shift with one and then do another couple hours with another one in the evenings and on weekends and he travels for jobs too. That makes it hard. He's the one that I want to talk to first and I can't always so this website is very important to me.

I am happy to hear that you are doing this for you and no one else. Of course you come first. I think you are off to an excellent start and keep up the good work. Do keep in mind that you have identified if you try to overdo it you will quit. Keep an eye on that. I think what helps the most when you are making a lifestyle change is knowing yourself. That way you know your limits, strengths, and weaknesses. This helps with you not setting yourself up for failure. I wish you the best.
